Julie Dowling finds new home at NGV

Suzanne Janet South OAM and RJA are very pleased to announce that a work from the collection of Janet and her late husband, Frank, has been recently accepted by the Council of Trustees of the National Gallery of Victoria for the NGV permanent collection.

As Director Tony Ellwood commented in a letter to Janet, ‘This work supports building the NGV collection of art by First National artists from Western Australia, while also contributing to a further collection priority to develop our significant holdings of works by leading national urban contemporary  artists.’
